I have worked with people from 12-80, with athletes and people facing or recovering from surgery, and all levels in between.

I have used stretching, yoga, pilates, kayaking, walking, weight training, basketball, swimming, running… all to meet each person where they are, and allow for a connection to their body, perhaps for the first time, or perhaps a re-connection to the strength they once had.

YES, LOSE WEIGHT! BUT KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED FOR YOU! I believe you can be stronger than you know.

But also know how to “NEVER LOSE THE ABILITY TO GET THERE AGAIN!”
